The Less Digest – 003

Happy Sunday! So I haven’t quite nailed a day to actually post these weekly updates, but I’m thinking Sunday’s are best so hopefully I will stick to that routine!

Also, going to toot my own horn here, I’ve posted THREE whole blog posts this week and guys, I am proud of myself! I only working two days a week at my current job and it’s given me a ton more time to get this blog FILLED with posts! Plus I’m hoping to film more YouTube videos today and tomorrow!

Now lets get to the fun stuff I did/discovered this week!

The Jess Set Launched!

I helped designed this two piece set with Fauxgerty and it came out this past Monday!

We are almost sold out but incase you wanted one and think that you missed out you still have a chance to grab a set!

There are 4 navy and 3 sage left!

Brand Spotlight: Bronze Age

I got to chat with Renee, the gal behind my favorite new brand Bronze Age. Here’s what I learned: Her Ratan sandals are ethically sourced from Morocco, she is focused on cutting down waste in production by doing everything made to order, and all her garments are sewn locally in Vancouver, BC!

She gave me a 20% off discount code to share, so use the code “JESSWITHLESS” at check out in her shop! This code is good for a month so you have a little time to think before you make a purchase. (code expires 8/12/19)

Vegan Shoes: Loyal

I get a ton of DM’s asking for cute vegan shoes, and Loyal is making some majorly cute ones! They are one of the first brands I’ve seen that are using Piñatex which is a leather made from pineapples!!!

Loyal is currently doing a kickstarter so if you want to fund a vegan shoe brand you have till the 18th to back their project!

Beauty – Petit Vour

I was gifted a few items from Petit Vour recently including this 100% Pure lipstick and let me tell you I have tried dozens of lipsticks by a ton of natural beauty brands and this one has the best formula.

Petit Vour is not a low waste company but they are working on bringing in more products that use less packaging! I’m a big fan of Elate since they use all refillable containers, and the cream blush is just lovely!

Peeking at their reviews was super helpful when I was looking for stuff to try out. I knew I wanted a lipstick and 100% Pure had the best reviews so I decided to try it out in Sonora (the colors online are very accurate btw!).

I’ve been using the Petit Vour site for other make up needs since the reviews are that helpful!
