compost cocktail: gin & tonic

I like to pick the bruised and old fruit at work and make some type of cocktail with it. Today I found an overripe pineapple so I made a pineapple gin and tonic. SO GOOD, here’s the recipe because people are into trying new healthy recipes right?!

  • 2 oz gin (I use Prairie Organic Gin)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • tsp. Coconut butter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • 6 oz tonic⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Lime juice ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Handful of ice cubes⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
  • Splash of maraschino cherry juice (Tillen Farms, comes in glass and no artificial red color!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
    Blend all ingredients and add a few cherries, enjoy!
