5 Vegan Friendly Shoes (That are Actually Cute!)

We have come a long way when it comes making cute vegan shoes. It seems a new brand is popping up all the time so I wanted share 5 of my favorites that you don’t want to miss!

Loyal Footwear

Price: Starting at $198

One of the first brands I’ve seen using Piñatex aka vegan friendly pineapple leather! Loving the shiny bronze ones too, how fun are they?!

They are currently being funded on indiegogo and you can back their project if you want to get a pair (there is a wait time). But it will be a little while before you can just straight up purchase these.

About the brand:

“We use lower environmental-impact raw materials including vegan upper materials free of animal products and byproducts avoiding the toxic mess that is animal-hide tanning. Instead we use plant-based textiles such as Piñatex, recycled rubber, cork, ultrasuede linings with recycled fibers, and durable microfiber vegan leather — and absolutely everything we use is PVC-free.”

seven all around vegan shoe

Seven All Around

Price: $175

Seven All Around is not a 100% vegan shoe company but they recently launched this vegan ballerina flat that has a little bit of a heel.

This one is my personal pick out of this group since I like a little added height!

About the brand:

“The NO. 3 Ballerina Flat, handcrafted with 100% post-consumer waste and plastic bottles turned into a recycled yarn with a vegan leather on heel. “

Natives vegan shoes

Native “The Plant Shoe”

Price: $200

This vegan shoe blows my mind! It’s completely plant based so if recycled plastic just isn’t your “thing” then this is the shoe for you!

About the shoe:

“The sneaker has 100% zero-waste biodegradability, is aerobically compostable and is Certified Animal Free. Native Shoes’ breakthrough innovation takes a classic court silhouette, and renders it through time-consuming, time-honoured methods at our partner factory in Portugal. The Plant Shoe is comprised of all natural parts – a proprietary pineapple and organic cotton blend upper, olive oil jute stitchwork, eucalyptus strobel board, cork midsole and pure hevea latex outsole.”

Rothy's recycled plastic vegan shoes

Price: Starting at $125

Not only cute + vegan, but 100% machine washable!

About the brand:

“Rothy’s began as an idea to turn recycled, single-use plastics into something both beautiful and useful. Three years in, we’ve taken over 30 million plastic bottles destined for landfills and repurposed them into timeless, durable flats.”

Toms pink suede vegan shoes

Price: Starting at $25 (most affordable)

Offering one of the biggest selections of vegan shoes out there. I remember when TOMS came out back when I was in high school and it’s awesome to see how far this company has come!

About the brand:

TOMS is doing a ton when it comes to giving back, most notably their shoe giveback program where they have given over 60 million pairs of shoes to kids in need. They do even more giving than that, so here’s a LINK to the list of all the things they do!
